how much does it cost?
Application Fee: $150 (CDN dollars)
Annual Basic Formation Membership: $500 (CDN Dollars)
Annual Permanent Formation Membership: $500 (CDN Dollars)
Fee for each Module of Basic Formation: $500 (CDN Dollars)
- For the first year of membership, the application fee ($150) is deducted from the payment of the membership fee ($500).
